Respect: We recognize each human being, legitimizing their way of seeing the world, accepting their virtues and their blind spots, understanding that what they feel, think, decide and do is the best they can at a precise moment, being the particular observer who is being of the world.
Responsibility: We choose the decisions we make and we assume the consequences of those decisions. We respond to our clients in order to satisfy their needs in a timely manner.
Commitment: It is the basis of our work: "Make things happen". We honor our word and that of our clients, in order to coordinate effective actions and design the future they want.

Work Methodology: How do we do what we do?
Open Activities (Training Workshops and Training Programs):
The activities are designed from a holistic and systemic vision, where the participants interact with each other, and through different group dynamics they develop what we call “learning in action” .
For learning to be effective, we work integrally with the five domains that constitute us as human beings: language - body - emotion - energy - spirituality.
Knowledge does not have to do with the accumulation of information from theory, but with the capacity for effective action in some area. The activities stimulate the commitment of the participant being responsible for their own personal transformation, thus achieving concrete actions and obtaining significant results for their life.
We work from the EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING Methodology
Personal Coaching
In a personal Coaching relationship we do work tailored to the person. We coordinate together the objectives to be achieved and the times. Together we draw up the action plan to be able to obtain the declared results and we organize the frequency of the meetings in which we work together to align the actions with the commitments made.
